Venue Rental

The Placerville Gathering Place is available to rent for your next party, shower, wedding, celebration of life or meeting.  Our venue has multiple spaces with a maximum capacity of 220 people.

Rental includes:

  • 16 - 8ft. Rectangle Tables

  • 2 - 6ft. Rectangle Tables

  • 16 - 66 inch Round Tables (yes odd size tables, we use 132" linens) 

  • 20 - 32 inch x 32 inch Card Tables

  • White Scuba Linens Provided for all above tables 

  • 110 Folding Chairs (padded blue)

  • 2 - 75 inch Tv's

  • 2 - 120 inch Screens for presentations

  • 1 - Projector

  • 6ft Mobile Bar

  • Refrigerator & Freezer

  • Microwave

  • 3 Chafing Dishes

  • 2 Beverage Dispensers

  • Various Cooking and Serving Dishes

  • Commercial Range with 8 Burners and Griddle top and 2 Ovens - Available for an Additional Fee

  • Dishwasher - Available for an Additional Fee

  • Plates, Silverware, Glassware - Limited Quantities. Available for an Additional Fee

Our rental rates are by the hour. Hourly rates allow you to pay only for the time you actually use the venue. Venue owned Tables, White Linens and Chairs will be preset by Venue allowing you use the rental time for more important matters. Whether it's a short meeting, or an evening reception, or 2 day elaborate decor and gala fundraiser event you can tailor the rental period to fit your event schedule precisely.

Most rentals range from $500 - $3,000. To reserve your date a signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit, which will apply towards final rental cost, both must be received prior to your event. Liability insurance in the amount of $1 million is required for all events.
