I’ve always believed that the best moments in life happen when people gather together.

Whether it’s a wedding, a funeral, a meeting of minds, or a simple moment with family and friends, there’s something powerful about creating a space where people can connect, laugh, and make memories. That belief is what led me to create this venue.

This venue was designed with intention. I wanted it to feel welcoming, comfortable, and a little bit special without being overcomplicated. A place where a wedding can feel elegant and personal, a meeting can feel inspiring, and a celebration can feel effortless.

My Story

Hi, I am Sara Warden, I’m the owner and heart behind the venue, and creating it has been one of the most difficult adventures of my life.

I’ve always been someone who loves when people get together. There’s something special about watching a room fill with laughter, conversation, and the kind of moments people remember years later. Being part of that—even behind the scenes—is incredibly rewarding to me.

I have been involved with events in one way or another since I was a little girl. I have always helped my parents with their events. I have planned and hosted hundreds of events with my job as an Executive Assistant. I have helped many friends with their wedding days as well. I love when the plans and vision come to life.

When outside of the venue, my life is pretty rooted in the things that make El Dorado County so special. I am born and raised in Placerville. Graduated from El Dorado High School and then got my degree at Chico State. I love being in the mountains, exploring back roads in my Jeep, and spending time with my family and friends. They keep me grounded, and many of my favorite memories come from simple moments together—campfires, fresh air, and a little adventure.

Building this venue was about creating a space that feels welcoming, flexible, and personal. A place where people can feel comfortable and excited to celebrate milestones, gather with the people they care about most, and walk away with memories that last.
